Mr. Foster performs the extensive document review, research, interviewing and other various work involved in accounting litigation matters. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and a Masters of Accountancy.  He has assisted with over 700 business valuations and litigation support engagements over the past eight years.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona State Board of Accountancy

A CPA is a trusted financial adviser who has passed the rigorous CPA Exam, met work experience requirements, and takes continuing professional education courses to maintain the CPA certification. These additional requirements for licensure ensure CPAs maintain the highest standard of knowledge and ethics when operating in financial positions.

Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

The Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV®) credential is granted exclusively by the AICPA to CPAs and qualified valuation professionals. The ABV credential gives members an advantage by arming them with the tools and resources needed to provide the best service to their clients and employers. The credential requires passing of a two part exam on the foundation and implementation of valuation methods.

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Association of Certified Fraud Examiner

To earn the CFE credential you must meet minimum academic and professional requirements, be of high moral character, and agree to abide by the bylaws and Code of Professional Ethics of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. The individual must pass a test that focuses on the four major disciplines that comprise the fraud examination body of knowledge: Fraud Prevention and Deterrence; Fraudulent Financial Transactions; Fraud Investigation; and Legal Elements of Fraud.
